CURRENT HEIFER SIRES
CURRENT AI SIRES
CURRENT ET SIRES
In 1996, while a student at CSU, Fresno, Kris had the opportunity to become a partner on some Angus foundation females with a breeder in Northern California. The partnership was eventually dissolved, but you can still find some of those original genetics in our cowherd.

As a smaller breeder we choose to focus on high accuracy A.I. sires to help build our genetic base, as well as procuring select females and embryos from breeders throughout the United States. Our main focus has always been to select and breed for the ultimate range bulls and ideal females.

Kris’ professor in college, Dr. Randy Perry, always said, ”Females should look like females and bulls should look like bulls,” and we have always tried to stay true to that mantra. To us, that means rugged bulls with sound feet and legs that are heavy muscled and possess great carcass traits. On the female side, we like an attractive female that is very feminine, easy fleshing, with sound feet and legs. We also use EPD’s as a tool to help make breeding decisions as well as DNA to help raise the accuracy levels.
